Looking for spacious rooms for rent in a shared apartment in the Navigli district? This quiet interior apartment features three bright and spacious bedrooms for rent, along with a cosy living room, two shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, is ideal for those wishing to live close to Milan city centre. Located on Corso di Porta Ticinese, you will be close to Milan's markets and plenty of bars and museums to keep you entertained. You can easily reach the city centre in just a few minutes with a metro or even a bus. Don't forget to try some of famous Milanese dishes alongside the nearby canal river! The area of the apartment is 90m2.

What we liked the most

  • The living room is spacious and bright as it has large windows.
  • We really like the kitchen - it has plenty of cupboards and drawers, along with a dishwasher.
  • The hallway has a large storage unit, perfect for keeping away all your miscellaneous belongings.
  • You can completely avoid the bathroom queue as the apartment has two shared bathrooms.
  • You will be located in the always buzzing and vibrant Navigli - with many restaurants, bars and the beautiful canal river which also hosts plenty of markets, there's always something do here.

Things to keep in mind

  • This is a quiet interior apartment, however, some of the rooms face the street.

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.

IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.

The landlord admin fee is calculated according to the total contract value, therefore it will vary depending on the length of your stay.
