Looking for rooms in Milan with easy access to the city centre? Spotahome is proud to present three spacious bedrooms available for rent in a shared interior apartment right next to a metro station. The tenants will have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, an exterior balcony and two shared bathrooms. The area of this apartment is 70m2 and all three bedrooms come fully furnished and with plenty of storage for your belongings. Along with a metro station, there are plenty of bus stations available nearby, so living in this quiet suburb and getting to Milan city centre won't be a problem.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is very bright, fully equipped with plenty of cupboards and drawers for your belongings and has a fantastic view of the street.
  • The apartment features plenty of storage in all rooms, as well as the hallway.
  • Two of the bedrooms have a balcony with a beautiful exterior view of the street and the bright bedroom number 2 has a large window with the same view.
  • The spacious bedroom number 1 is ideal for couples!
  • The apartment has two bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub and one with a large shower which will help reduce the queues to a minimum.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment doesn't have a living room, but as it features a dining area in the kitchen along with a balcony, we are sure socialising with your flatmates won't be a problem.

Landlord policies

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.

IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.

The landlord admin fee is calculated according to the total contract value, therefore it will vary depending on the length of your stay.

With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
