A cosy and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom apartment offering 2 bedrooms for rent. It is located on Piazza dell'Assunta, in the neighbourhood of Vigentino, close to tram 24, which will take you to the city center. This interior apartment receives a lot of natural light, with windows and a balcony overlooking the building's beautiful shared gardens. With a floor area of 50 sqm, this home offers a great range of amenities including 1 bathroom, a washing machine, central heating, Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen.
Università Bocconi and the IED are nearby.

- Room 1 is really cool, spacious, and has a little balcony looking out onto the interior garden.
- The apartment is internal facing and gets lots of light.
- Bedroom 2 is also spacious, bright, and has a little table perfect for reading or studying.
- Both rooms have a TV and can be rented by couples.
