Neighborhood information

Citta Studi, translated as "city of the studies", is the one of the major student district of Milan. The Politecnico technical University of Milan, a public university, is housed in this area, in addition to many technical and scientific faculties of the University of Milan. As one may guess, there are many students that live in this area and thus one can find lots of cheap bars and restaurants. Though rent prices are not the cheapest, the district is popular nonetheless for those who prefer to live near their universities.

  • We really like the yellow splashes of color in the kitchen - it brings out a friendly and warm atmosphere to the apartment. It also has access to a balcony facing an interior courtyard. The area is very sunny, perfect for drying your clothes outside.
  • To go with the colorful theme, the bathroom, equipped with a cosy bathtub, has beautiful purple-tiled floor and some storage for your toiletries.
  • Both rooms for rent are very spacious and have comfortable double beds.
  • The kitchen comes complete with an oven and dishwasher; perfect for those who like to cook but don't like doing the dishes!
