A bright and spacious 3 bedroom apartment offering 3 fully furnished rooms for rent. All rooms are exterior and come with a lockable door, heating and a desk. Tenants will share a cosy living area, 1 bathroom and a comfortable kitchen, equipped with all you need to cook your meals. The apartment is located on Largo Isabella d'Aragona, close to the University of Milan and Bocconi University. You will surely enjoy living in picturesque Navigli, considered one of the nicest areas to live in Milan! The apartment is exterior and has a floor area of 150 sqm.
What we liked the most
- The combined kitchen and living area is spacious and has a sofa, LCD TV, and a dining table.
- The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave and big fridge.
- The flat is close to the University of Milan, the city center, and not far from public transportation.
- Bedroom 1 is for 2 people and has 2 desks and plenty of storage.
- Bedroom 2 is very spacious and has 2 big windows that let in lots of light.
Things to keep in mind
- Keep in mind there is no conventional oven, but there is a microwave oven and a stove top.
- There is only 1 bathroom to share between the 3 rooms, but it is quite spacious and well equipped.

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.
IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.
The landlord admin fee is calculated according to the total contract value, therefore it will vary depending on the length of your stay.
