There is ample parking outside the building of this studio apartment for rent on Via Modena. If you’re budget-conscious, the price is right for this all-in-one open space, and it’s a super cute property with everything you'll need, including central heating and a balcony overlooking the neighbourhood. The bathroom is complete with a shower unit. The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, fridge and high-tech hotplate, and there is a folding table with two chairs where you can dine. There is also an iron in the apartment. The main living space has two pull-out sofa beds, where you can entertain one moment, or watch TV and fall asleep the next. You'll have fibre optic wifi and sheets and towels will be provided. There is also a camping cot for a child up to 4 year old.
You’ll probably want to use the metro to get to the centre of Milan when living in Sesto San Giovanni, because it’s only a 27-minute ride, and you won’t shave off any time driving. When downtown, you’ll be able to check out some of the most fantastic sights in Lombardy, but your neighbourhood has a charm all it’s own. There are a number of great little cafés, bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and there is even a bakery and gelateria nearby. On weekends, you can head over to the North Milan Park for a picnic or to relax, and there are local events happening here throughout the year, so keep your eye on the calendar!
