This listing may appear as with a monthly contract, but it's not! You will only pay for the days you occupy the room, this will be specified in the contract you will sign with the landlord.

Conditions to stay at this accommodation:

• Age: there is no official age limit, but these are young people's collocations and flatsharing, so profiles over 40++ are not really adapted.
• Children and pets are not allowed

If you are a Student, please share:

• No need of Guarantor
