The living area, large (20 m2) and with bright chromatic tones, is composed of a refined glass table with designer chairs and a comfortable sofa placed in front of the 50'' TV, ideal for improvising film evenings with friends . The kitchen is separate from the living room and is characterized by bright colors that stimulate the appetite, an American-style worktop with high stools and modern appliances: dishwasher, two-door fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob. This apartment is completed by 3 bathrooms, one with washing machine, one with tub and shower and one with shower only.
Located in via Forcellini 57, the property is only 850 meters from the School of Medicine and Surgery and 1. 2km from the Department of Statistics.

- Booking and Check In procedure
- As soon as the booking request is accepted, you will receive a link to collect all your data to compile your preliminary contract
- Preliminary contract summarizes all rent and payment conditions. (Payment is divided into three moments):
- Payment with Spotahome
- Deposit payment due at signing preliminary contract
- Balance payment due before key delivery
- You will have to send the landlord a copy of your preliminary contract signed and the deposit payment receipt
- In the next days you will receive a link to schedule your check in appointment
- The day before your check in you will have to pay the balance specified in the preliminary contract
- The check in day you will sign the final contract and you will receive your apartment keys

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
