What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
This apartement is located in Pere Garau a multi cultural district in Palma.
Furthermore we would like you to konow that the apartement is on the third floor (without elevator).
Our room handovers take place Monday to Friday from nine am to six pm. Handovers outside these hours are only possible with previous confirmation, and not by standard. For handovers outside the standard times a service fee of fifty,- EUR will be charged.

Large double room with lounge and study area available for rent in Pere Garau, a multicultural district with close proximity to Palma´s city center. This spacious double room is equipped with a comfortable double bed, lounge area, working desk and additional table. It is perfect for somebody who seeks privacy and lots of space in his or her private room. Walls, bathroom and kitchen have been partially renovated in 2022. Common areas consist of a small kitchen with bar and a small bathroom with bathtub. The apartment does not have a living room or balcony.
Experience Palma city live in the trending multicultural district of Pere Garau. This vibrant area is famous for its local fruit and textiles markets. You will find a broad selection of authentic international cuisine and supermarkets with influences from all over the world nearby. Another plus is the close proximity to Palma center.
