This 1-bedroom apartment in the 16th Arrondissement is 50 m² and offers a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet room. The kitchen and dining area are designed in an open-plan layout, which is very welcoming and spacious. There are 4 breakfast stools in the kitchen, and additional storage options throughout.
Paris’s 16th Arrondissement is packed with tourist hotspots such as the famous Avenue Foch, as well as the Jardins du Trocadéro. Trocadéro Square is about 300 metres from the apartment. With a metro station a short walk from the apartment, there is easy access to the city centre and surrounding areas.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is bathed in natural light from the large windows.
- There are some shelves in the kitchen for extra storage space.
- You will find a large closet at the entrance.
- The apartment is fitted with modern wooden flooring.
- Thomas Jefferson Square park is close by.

- The bathroom is quite small, but is is functional.
