This is a cosy, sweet 1-bedroom apartment in a calm residential area for rent in 16th arrondissement. On entry, there is a long corridor leading into the living room which is furnished with TV, Wifi, dinning table, desk and has views overlooking the internal courtyard. The bedroom has a double bed, both a large built-in and standalone wardrobes and while the view is not the best, it looks into another building, it is super quiet and had no traffic noise. The kitchen is practical with a fridge, a sink, and a even a small table for more cooking space. Cleaning service is included in the rent for common areas and pets are allowed.

Paris' 16th arrondissement is a quiet but central part of the city. It is full of 19th century buildings in an elegant area, residential neighborhood known to be a french high society place of residence. It is close to Parc Sainte-Périne and the picturistic Seine river. The main street, Boulevard Exelmans, is full of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes. There is always something to do in this lively neighborhood!

What we liked the most

  • The apartments windows overlook the buildings interior courtyard, which makes it very quiet, despite the busy city center location.
  • The kitchen is small but very well equipped, with all built-in fittings.
  • This area has all the amenities you need for day-to-day life.
