This apartment is located in a super convenient location with metro lines all around. Located on the 1st floor with lifts, you will find stocked in the the kitchen a coffee machine, dishwasher, mini oven and it is fully equipped with everything that you may need to prepare your meals. The living room is spacious, decorated in a grey and white paneled wall and furnished with a nice couch, TV, coffee table, cabinets and a featured non working fireplace. It overlooks the internal courtyard, so it is super calm and quiet. The washing machine and dryer is located in the bathroom as well as the toilet, shower over bath, mirror and basin. There is also a heated towel rail for those cold winter mornings. The bedroom has a double bed, a pretty non-functional fireplace and a huge mirror.

  • The interior of the apartment is bright and spacious, painted in a nice grey and white with attractive panels.
  • This flat is also close to Place de la République, one of the largest squares in Paris.
