Located near the River Seine in the 5th arrondissement , this 1-bedroom apartment offers 62 m² of elegance. The apartment mixes old and new with vintage decor and modern amenities. As you enter the apartment, you find yourself in the open-concept kitchen and living room – great for entertaining. The kitchen has a narrow bar that looks into the living area, furnished with a dining table, couch, and flat-screen TV. The en-suite bedroom is also quite spacious and has a huge wardrobe for all your belongings.
The 5th arrondissement is a central district that attracts many tourists to its marvelous monuments. Less than a 10-minute walk to the Notre Dame Cathedral, everyday you will get to wander and marvel at the neighborhood's grand architecture. On Rue de la Montagne Sainte Geneviève, you are surrounded by bars and restaurants, and are also near the Université Paris-Sorbonne campus.
