Located in Paris's 7th arrondissement, this stylish 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is only 15 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. The property mixes old and new with dark hardwood floors and decor and elegant furniture and artwork. There is a large open-concept kitchen and living room, which has the sitting area and dining room next to each other with the kitchen tucked away. The bedroom is also a spacious room with a big double bed and plenty of storage space.
On Rue Surcouf, you will be living in one of Paris's lively and central districts. The 7th arrondissement is home to many of the city's main attractions and is always buzzing with visitors. However, this is a great residential area too, home to families, lots of great parks, and museums. You are well-connected by Metro and train, and are also a short stroll away from the Seine River.
