This apartment on Rue de la Glacière is absolutely stunning with its large windows and beautiful balcony area. The living and dining areas all occupy the same space. Here you'll find a lovely sofa, sitting area, and a dining table. The balcony has a lovely patio set where you can take in the views and have a nice glass of wine. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of your basic necessities. The first bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe while the second bedroom has two single beds (that can be pushed together) and a bed. The bathrooms aera spacious and have a sink, toilet, and bath/shower.

This part of town is known for being friendly, so you'll feel right at home here. Not too far from the heart of the city, you'll love the residential vibes here. There area also plenty of restaurants nearby including L'Ourcine, a French eatery. Franprix is a supermarket nearby.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
