This cosy 4-bedroom apartment has rooms to rent, a large kitchen and bathroom, and is located on Avenue d’Ivry in the 13th arrondissement. The property is well-equipped with an oven, washing machine and shower over bath, as well as plenty of shared storage space.
Located in Paris’ Chinatown, and next to a small park Square Ulysse Trélat this apartment is centrally located, and close to all the essentials including restaurants and shops. There are also several school campuses within walking distance as well.
