This split-level apartment on Rue Henner is on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms is occupied by the landlords. Otherwise, it’s a large and wonderful apartment. On the main floor, you’ll find a sleek and modern kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room, and access to a garden patio. Downstairs is a more open concept, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a second living area with a sofa and TV. There is a bathroom on this floor, as well, as the bedroom that is being rented.
This apartment is situated on Rue Henner, a quiet street located in the heart of a lively neighborhood. The 9th arrondissement may be known for its theaters, but your new home is also close to a number of museums. For starters, the Romantic Museum is just up the street, and the Gustave Moreau National Museum is just 4 minutes from your door. Of course, if you want theaters, then you’re pretty close to the most famous cabaret in Paris. The Moulin Rouge is just an 8-minute walk away. With galleries, nightclubs, cafés, bars, and restaurants around every corner, you certainly won’t find yourself with a lack of exciting things to do here. And, don’t worry, there are banks, pharmacies, and grocery stores in the neighborhood too!
