Overview

The agrestic shared

Because I want new friends in a chill location

Will I like it here?

That depends.

Are you a laid-back city dweller looking to move on to greener pastures? Want to set up camp in a tranquil Paris neighborhood?

Nanterre might be for you. Come check it out with us.

Really? Tell me more...

You will love the kitchen. Bust out that old family recipe and wow your new flatmates with a delicious homemade meal. Need a little fresh air? You've got a balcony with a lovely view of the tree-lined streets below.

We think it’s ideal for someone looking for a little peace and quiet. Sure, Nanterre is a bit removed from the action, but that's precisely the charm. Set up camp in a peaceful suburb and blend in with the locals.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • Drinks on the balcony? Yes, please.
  • The charming decor. A little French elegance.
  • Parc André Malraux is a 5-minute walk away.

But you need to know this...

  • The 2nd balcony is only accessible via Bedroom 4.
  • There's no AC – time to invest in a fan?

Your Home-checker, Augustin, said:

“I loved this property. It’s a beautiful apartment in a tranquil residential area. You've got everything you need right at your doorstep, including public transport.”

Help me make up my mind…

This is a neat 2nd floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Rue Salvador Allende, Paris. You've got a breezy balcony, elegant decor, and you're close to a gorgeous park with a lake in the middle.

We think this apartment is perfect for adventurers. Tired of the hustle and bustle of big city living? Explore a lesser-known side of Paris with the help of your 3 new flatmates.
