Overview

The 25th-floor stunner

Because I want new friends in a happening location

Will I like it here?

That depends.

Are you a free spirit looking to meet new people in a trendy Parisian suburb? Want to move closer to Paris' more edgy, bohemian side?

The 20th arrondissement might be for you. Come check it out with us.

Really? Tell me more...

You will love the kitchen. It's fully equipped and ready for all your culinary flights of fancy. Bust out that old family recipe and wow your new flatmates with a delicious homemade meal. Ready to break the ice?

We think it’s ideal for hip youngsters. The 20th arrondissement is one of Paris' most vibrant districts and it's easy to see why – live music venues, trendy restaurants, and funky flea markets. There's nothing you can't do here.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • That kitchen is calling out for a real cook.
  • We love the views from the bedrooms.
  • Marché aux Puces de Montreuil is a 15-minute walk away.

But you need to know this...

  • There's no AC – time to invest in a standing fan?

Help me make up my mind…

This is a spacious 25th floor, 4-bedroom flat on Square Vitruve, Paris. It boasts a cool kitchen, fantastic views, and it's close to one of the best flea markets in town.

We think this flat is perfect for trendsetters. Whether you're looking for that highly sought-after, out-of-print vinyl or eclectic home decor pieces, the 20th arrondissement has you covered.
