This 300sqm property is located in the stunning Le Port-Marly region of Paris. Located right on the river, this boat is surrounded on all sides by the most beautiful sights Paris has to offer. The area also has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants to ensure you have everything you ever need. The property itself is spread out over two spacious floors, each with a fully furnished living area. As you enter the property you enter into a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. Just past the kitchen there is a dining area with a large dining table and a luxurious living area furnished with two sofas and a TV. The living area also leads out onto a beautiful terrace which is perfect for relaxing during the summer months. The lower floor is where you will find all 3 bedrooms and the fully functional bathroom. Each of the 3 bedrooms are fully furnished with double beds, heating units, and standalone wardrobes. The lower area also has multiple windows that allow for plenty of natural light, which adds to the beauty of the property's design.
This boat is located on the ground floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and central water heating. You can dry your clothes in a dryer. Wi-Fi is installed in the property and is activated.
There are multiple bus stops within the area and the property itself is located roughly 15 minutes from the nearest train station. The property is about 6 stops from the centre of Paris by train.
The English speaking landlord does live on the property and requires one month's rent as a deposit. Smoking is not permitted but pets are allowed. Rent can be paid by cash or bank transaction. The landlord only accepts male tenants.
Please note that the landlady occasionally rents out the room on the weekends on Airbnb. She will explain the specifics over a Skype session, which is required before a booking request is accepted.

The landlady lives on the property permanently. She is a retired professor and a very friendly woman.
