A large 34m2 studio apartment with a garden, located next to the landlord's house, is for rent in Paris's suburb of Maisons-Alfort. This residential neighbourhood is peaceful, but there are bars, restaurants, cafés and convenience stores nearby. Tenants can walk 10 minutes to reach Maisons-Alfort train station which provides access to local and long distance destinations. This spacious studio is situated on the grounds of a family home - their house is next to the separate studio building. The studio consists of an open plan living area, dining, kitchen and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the living area features a sofa bed which can be used for hosting guests.
