This 8 sqm semi-independent studio apartment has everything one person or a couple may need to feel comfortable on a budget in Paris. Located on the eighth floor of an apartment building with a real bohemian ambience, it is a small but homely nest where you can rest after a long day of study (or a night of partying). The studio is located in Batignolles-Monceau, Paris’s 17th arrondissement, a lively place famed for its famous locals. You will find the IUFM university here, and metro links for easy access to other universities in Paris. Please note that the toilet room is shared with other tenants.

This apartment is located on the eighth floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator between the ground and seventh floors. Tenants must walk up a single flight of stairs to reach the eighth floor. Wi-Fi is installed in the property but is NOT activated.

What we liked the most

  • You will have to walk up a flight of stairs from the seventh floor to the eighth floor.
