  • The studio, along with the rest of the building, has been renovated and feels clean and up-to-date.
  • The windows let in a lot of light
  • There is a washing machine which doubles as a dryer.
  • You will be living in the heart of Paris, within walking distance of much of the city. The streets surrounding the property (Rue de la Chaussée d'Antin and Boulevard Haussmann) comprise one of Paris' principal shopping districts.

Things to keep in mind

  • The elevator goes up to the 5th floor; you'll have to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the 6th floor.
