  • The studio is in the process of renovations and already has modern appliances.
  • Having a washing machine in a studio is not a common occurrence!
  • The main room comes with a single bed, desk, built-in storage, and a flat-screen TV.
  • The kitchen corner is fully equipped with a 2-burner electric stove, electric oven, washing machine, and mini refrigerator.
  • There is a kitchen fan, which you will appreciate once you start cooking those meals.
  • The apartment is surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, and shops; you are also within walking distance of multiple parks.

Things to keep in mind

  • The toilet is located outside the apartment in the building hallway.
  • There is no elevator, but the rooftop view is worth it.
