  • Despite being a studio, the space is well-distributed and all the bright light makes it feel bigger.
  • There is a lot of shelving just waiting for you to add your own personal touch.
  • The main room has a sofa-bed, long old fashioned wooden desk, shelving, storage, and a standalone wardrobe.
  • The kitchen area is fully equipped with a microwave, 2-burner electric hot plates, and a mini refrigerator.
  • The bathroom is quite spacious with shelving and a square shower.
  • There are 2 metro stations about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
  • The neighborhood is very peaceful, but has a very lively community atmosphere.

Things to keep in mind

  • The building does not come equipped with an elevator, but this way you make sure to get in some daily exercise.
