  • The apartment has good storage space.
  • The kitchen is equipped with all the basics, including a half-refrigerator, electric stove, and bench-top oven.
  • You will find a washing machine to take care of your laundry.
  • The bathroom has a bathtub, which is a very rare find in Paris!
  • There are numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and public transport options nearby.

Things to keep in mind

  • Pets are permitted by previous approval by the landlady only.
  • The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator.
  • These is some slight water damage on 1 wall, but the landlady will have this all fixed up before you move in.
