This gorgeous new studio apartment has a very sleek and elegant decor. It is very spacious, and has plenty of storage space, including a large, mirrored 2-door closet in the entrance. Two large windows overlook the building's courtyard area, and also provide ample natural lighting to the apartment. There is wooden flooring throughout the apartment, with sophisticated black tile in the kitchen and bathroom. There is even a hookup in the kitchen where you can install a washing machine.

This apartment is very centrally-located in Bastille, in the 4th arrondissement of Paris. There are many famous landmarks near here. For example, you can be at the Louvre Museum in just 16 minutes via the Metro Line 7, which is itself only a 5-minute walk from your front door. You will also find plenty of places to do your daily shopping nearby.
