The building is a registered landmark, so just simply living here puts you in the apex of Parisian history. It has been renovated, and as you might imagine from a former hotel, the living space is cozy and open with a private bathroom and a compact yet fully equipped kitchen. Large French windows open to a quiet pedestrian street, so you can get plenty of rest after any late night in the city.
The 1st arrondissement is the oldest in Paris, and many exciting historical sights are right outside your door. The Basilica of Notre-Dame, the Royal Palace, and the Louvre are all within a 5-minute walk. You won’t have any problems finding cafés and cocktail bars or romantic restaurants along the banks of the Seine either, because this area is a tourist hotspot. It also houses some of the most exciting shoe and clothing shops in the city. Any fashionista will want to live in this neighborhood, especially since some of the most thrilling couture shows happen right down your street during fashion week!

- The apartment may be cozy, but it’s insanely affordable when you consider the amazing location.
- Between theaters, comedy clubs, cocktail bars and cafés, there is something new to do every night of the week.
- It’s near the fashion hub for those who can never quite shop enough.
- Public transportation is easily accessible, but there are dozens of popular sights in walking distance.
