A central, sunny studio apartment is available to rent in Paris's 1st arrondissement. The property measures 35 m², and is therefore quite spacious for a studio in the heart of Paris. In the studio, you have a dining table, a large sofa, a comfortable double bed, and a compact, yet fully equipped kitchen corner.

This apartment is situated on Rue Bouloi, slap-bang in the middle of Paris. It's in the 1st arrondissement, to be exact. You'll be living right next to The Louvre - Mona Lisa is your neighbour, but she doesn't say very much! You have the whole of central Paris at your feet, but Palais Royal Louvre metro station is nearby to whisk you away when you need to travel somewhere else.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment is bright and modern.
  • The property is spacious for a studio in Paris - in most cases, you'll be lucky to get anything larger than 9 m²!
  • The location is unbeatable. You have the Louvre and the rest of central Paris right on your doorstep.
  • There are many metro stations to choose from. The closest is probably Palais Royal Louvre which is 5 minutes away.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen corner is quite compact and does not have an oven. It does, however have a microwave and an electric stove.
