You’ll adore this 7th floor studio apartment to rent on Rue de la Convention. The entrance hall has three doors. One leads to a small toilet room. However, there is also a bathroom, which has a tub, sink and a washer/dryer. The other two doors lead to the kitchen and living areas. Although an open-plan space there, are partial walls and stylish bookcases that divide specific rooms. The kitchen, which is fully equipped, has a bar counter dividing it from the rest of the apartment. The other door leads to the very bright living and relaxation spaces. You can eat meals at the bar, which has three seats. And you can relax into the sofa to watch TV. The double bed is also located in this space, and the entire studio gets tons of sunlight from the wall-to-wall sliding doors that open onto the fabulous balcony.

The 15th arrondissement is a quaint and eclectic area of town. Your new home isn’t too far from the river Seine, and you’re only a 10-minute walk from the lovely Georges-Brassens Park. You are also well-connected to the rest of the city by transit. Your street is one of the main ones in the area. It’s busy and it’s lined with fast food outlets, as well as restaurants and fabulous little shops. For an evening of entertainment, you can head to the Monfort Theater, which is a 13-minute walk away. Also, you can catch a movie at the Cinéma Gaumont Convention just 2 minutes away. You pretty much have your pick of supermarkets, but the Franprix is the closest, and there is a wine store just a minute up the street.
