Overview

The Perfect Student Crash Pad

Because you just need somewhere to sleep.

Will I like it here?

Depends. Are you always on the move? Between studying and partying, working and playing, do you just need somewhere to crash and get some well-deserved rest? This could be that place.

Really? Tell me more...

You're going to appreciate how compact this place is when it comes to cleaning. You could do the whole thing in less than 10 minutes, we reckon. The perks of tiny homes, right?

We think this property is ideal for those who want to save money on rent that they can then spend on exploring Paris. This neighbourhood has plenty to see, including the famous Panthéon and Saint-Michel square.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • This property is interior and on the 7th floor - so probably pretty quiet.
  • You're only 10 minutes from the École Normale Supérieure.
  • You could make the sleeping area cosy and cute with some fairy-lights.

But you need to know this...

  • This property is on the 7th floor of the building - without an elevator! No need for that gym membership then :)

And this...

  • There's currently no Wi-Fi in the property. Digital detox?

Your Home-checker, Laura, said:

“this apartment is ideally located for students, there are a lot of good universities in this neighbourhood..."

Help me make up my mind...

This is a 7th-floor studio apartment on Rue Broca in Paris. It is small and snug, with a sleeping area up in the attic, and a little kitchen unit too.

It is perfect for those studying at the École Normale Supérieure, which is only a 10 minute walk away. It's also ideal for those looking for a budget-friendly crash pad so they can go exploring during the day and catch up on sleep at night.
