The Landlord screens every tenant: in the case of a rooming house we require a statement from the tenant, in the case of an entire flat we require proof of income (job, scholarship) or payment for the entire rental period,
- Please, note that the price of bills and admin. fee is shown for single occupancy. If more than one tenant is renting the place, extra charges may apply.
- To sign a contract with a foreigner you will need a passport and the proof of solvency required.

- When renting out flats/rooms, you are required to take out a "Tenant Package", which includes, among other things Third Party Liability Insurance and Assistance Insurance. Prices 150 -250 PLN one-time fee for 1 year.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
