Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- Spotahome guaranteeIf the landlord cancels your booking 48 hours before your move in date, we will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full.
- 24 hours to check your new homeIf the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24 hours so that we can work to resolve it.

- !NEWS! Shorter rental periods are possible - 6m-10m for an additional charge of 15% per rental per month, confirmation required each time.
Rooms rental - rent only until the end of July, max August 15, then possibly renewed for a year.
Please, note that the price of bills and admin. fee is shown for single occupancy. If more than one tenant is renting the place, extra charges may apply.

- We screen our tenants: in the case of a rooming house we require a statement from the tenant, in the case of an entire flat we require proof of income (job, scholarship) or payment for the entire rental period,
- To sign a contract with a foreigner you will need a passport.
- The rent is payable in advance on the 3rd day of each month.
- When renting out flats/rooms, you are required to take out a "Tenant Package", which includes, among other things Third Party Liability Insurance and Assistance Insurance. Prices 150 -250 PLN one-time fee for 1 year.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
