The cozy apartment is located in the famous Eixample neighborhood. It is perfect, since it is located a few blocks from many modernist works in Barcelona, such as Sant Pau Hospital, Parc Güell, Sagrada Familia and La Casa de Les Punxes.
The apartment is on the first floor. There is an elevator in the building. The living room is fully furnished, modern, comfortable and with a fantastic sofa, the TV is very modern, allowing you to relax at any time of the day. There is a very large table with 4 chairs in the living room perfect for study or work. The kitchen is open to the living room and includes everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay, it is a new and equipped kitchen. There are two spacious bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. in each room there is a large closet and both are exterior and bright, each with two windows facing the street. The bathroom is new, modern and well equipped. In addition to other amenities, this apartment has air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi, you can also connect by cable.
