- Rooms which allow couples: bills price is to be paid per person
- Bills per person: €60 ("Important information "from September 2024 on bills will change from 60€ to 80€ per month)
- The contract type is monthly, which means that the tenant will have to pay for the entire month of check-in and check-out as well, regardless of the moving dates.
