L'appartamento si trova a 100 metri dalla metropolitana stazione di Castelfusano che collega Ostia con il centro di Roma in 30 minuti. Il collegamento è assicurato 24 ore al giorno (durante la notte con pullman) .
E' una zona molto controllata in quanto è difronte al palazzetto dello sport per campionati mondiali di arti marziali Palapellicone, ogni lampione ha una telecamera collegata con le forze dell'ordine. Si trova facilmente parcheggio gratuito sempre ben controllato. L 'appartamento è la metà di un villino a schiera, è composto da giardino, soggiorno all'americana con angolo cottura una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e un ampio terrazzo vivibile vista mare.
L'appartamento è stato da poco ristrutturato ed è molto tranquillo luminoso e silenzioso. La metropolitana porta all'università Roma 3 stazione di San Paolo in 20 minuti e all'università La Sapienza in 40 minuti. A meno di 10 minuti la metropolitana collega l'appartamento con i meravigliosi scavi di Ostia Antica.
Esso è una ottima soluzione per studiare con tranquillità e godersi la bellezza di Roma e del suo mare ad un prezzo contenuto.
Può ospitare fino a 3 persone dando un contributo di 20 euro a persona in più per i consumi.

The apartment is located in Ostia, a gorgeous beach town just a 30-minute drive from Rome's city centre. Here you'll be super close to the beach and many cool restaurants, bars, and cafes where you can enjoy the best of local gastronomy.
What we liked the most
- In Ostia, you'll be right next to the beach and just a few blocks away from Riserva Naturale Statale del Litorale Romano, a sprawling coastal park with ancient Roman ruins.
- Heating and AC are installed to help keep you comfortable all year round.
- The balcony is the perfect place to unwind after a hard day's work.
- The comfortable living room has a sofa, a small dining table, and a TV set.
