Situated on Viale Jonio, this property is just 7 minutes from Jonio, the nearest metro station which provides access to MEB1 line. The apartment is spacious and deluxe, boasting elegant features and a colourful interior. The living and kitchen area is designed in an open plan layout, completely furnished with modern appliances and a flat-screen TV. The bedroom is colourful and couple friendly, featuring a double bed and its own balcony. The modern, shared bathroom features a large shower and a wide mirror. Despite living in a quiet neighbourhood, there are several bars and restaurants in Monte Sacro and tenants can walk for 4 minutes to reach Supermercati Pam.
What we liked the most
- The open living and kitchen area is exceptionally bright thanks to the entire wall of windows.
- Tenants have the added advantage of being a short bus ride from the Aeroporto di Roma - Urbe, and Nuovo Salario train station.
- The small balcony is ideal for drying clothes and as it faces an interior courtyard, there is no noise disturbance.
- The apartment is perfect for hosting small dinner events, as it has a large dining table and food bar.
Things to keep in mind
- The property has a storage room that is for the landlord's private use.
- The flat may not be situated in the centre, but the neighbourhood is relatively lively and features several transport links to other areas in Rome.
