The English speaking landlord, who is in his 50s, lives on the property and requires 1 month rent as a deposit. Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed. Rent can be paid by cash or bank transaction.

c) If you cancel your stay within 30 days of your move-in date, 100% of your first payment will be given to the landlord.
