You will have a fully functional bathroom, just for your use, as well as the available bedroom which has a queen sized bed and a TV.
There are multiple bus stops all withing 10 minutes walking distance of the property. Each one has different routes which can take you all over the city.
The English speaking landlords live on the property and requires one month rent as a deposit. Rent can be paid by cash.
