All bedrooms are spacious and rather elegantly decorated, with wooden floors and tasteful furniture. The large kitchen has an oven, plenty of cabinets, and a dining table, and leads out onto a gigantic terrace. There is a shared bathroom with elegant green tiling and a unique corner bathtub, another bathroom with a shower, and a storage room. Plus, a 300m2 terrace, furnished with tables and chairs, and accessible from every room.

Nomentano is an upscale residential district with good connections to the centre of Rome. You will also be living just a couple of metro stops from the Sapienza University. Within the neighbourhood itself there are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants.

What we liked the most

  • The decor is elegant and classy.
  • We love the huge terrace! A great place to dine al fresco with your flatmates.
  • There is no living room but the bedrooms are very spacious and the terrace and the kitchen serve as common areas.
  • There are 2 bathrooms.
  • The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dining table.
  • The famous Momart Cafè is around the corner.
  • Walking to class:
    • La Sapienza (History and Philosophy departments) is within 4-minute walk
    • Luiss Law School is within 10-minute walk
    • La Sapienza and Policlinico are within 28-minute walk
