There are bright and spacious rooms available to rent for both individuals and couples in this 130 m², 4-bedroom apartment in Libia. The apartment is shared with the live-in landlord with the main shared area being the large terrace that comes furnished with elegant vintage furniture. There is another eating area in the fully equipped kitchen that also opens up to a small balcony. With an additional office room and 2 bathrooms, the property is perfect for shared living.
The apartment is located 6 minutes from the Libia metro stop and is surrounded by shops and restaurants. You can find international stores, such as Footlocker, alongside neighborhood bars. To satisfy your need for nature you can also reach the Villa Ada Savoia in just 11 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a beautiful terrace with big windows keeping it sunlit.
- All the bedrooms receive plenty of natural light and have elegant chandelier lighting.
- There are 2 bathrooms to share, one of which comes with plenty of storage space.
