A room is available to rent in a spacious, 80 m², 3-bedroom apartment situated in Rome's San Lorenzo neighborhood. The interior of this property has plenty of character, with high ceilings, authentic features and colorful walls and artwork. The property has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that you will be sharing with one other tenant, and the live-in landlord, on the rare occasion he stays at the property.
The apartment is located on Largo degli Osci in San Lorenzo, one of the most lively neighborhoods in Rome. This is where you will find the quirky bars and authentic pizzerias, along with independent boutiques and little markets. The area is also popular among students due to its proximity to the Sapienza University which is under 5 minutes away.

Things to keep in mind
- Since Spotahome visited this property, the landlord has made some changes. The living room seen in the video has been converted into a second bedroom, and other minor changes have also been made. The landlord has kindly provided us with photos of these changes, which can be seen in the photoreel at the top of the page.
