Rooms are available to rent for students and postgraduates only, near Roma Tre University in central Marconi, Rome. The property is 125 m², and it was recently renovated and refurnished in 2016. All the rooms for rent have exactly the same, new, modern furniture, and 2 of the bedrooms have balconies. There is also a balcony in the kitchen. There is AC in the living room, and the apartment also has a washing machine. There are 2 bathrooms in the apartment to be shared between the tenants.
Marconi, which is located within the Ostiense neighborhood, is a central, well-connected district in Rome. Home to the Roma Tre University, residents of Marconi and Ostiense enjoy plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops.
What we liked the most
- Some of the rooms for rent have balconies.
- The property is located nearby the Roma Tre University.
- The apartment was renovated last year and has completely new furniture. Nice!
- The historic center of Rome can be reached within 15 minutes from the apartment. Fun!
