Beautiful rooms are available to rent in a 5-bedroom apartment in Parioli, Rome. The apartment is newly decorated by the architect landlady, so throughout the decoration is truly stunning. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, complete with a dishwasher, and gives you the feeling as though you are in an authentic Italian coffee shop. The kitchen also has access to a gorgeous and very large terrace-balcony, which will be amazing in those warm Italian summers. The property is large and spans over 2 floors, meaning that bedroom 5 has its own exclusive floor with a communal bathroom. There are couple friendly rooms in this apartment, so if your looking for a beautiful space to live alone or with your partner, this is the place for you!
The property is located on Viale dei Parioli in Rome's Parioli district. Although the area is very commercial, it is also popular during the evening, so whether you like to kick back in a bar with a glass of wine or party until the early hours, there is something for everyone in this area's broad nightlife scene. This area is also very close to the centre of Rome, which you can reach in 30 minutes on foot.

Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is newly decorated so there are still a few things, regarding decoration, that weren't complete at the time of the photo sessions. These will be ready by the time you move in.
