There are rooms for rent in this stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Via Acaia in San Giovanni. With a generous 60 m² footprint, this apartment has a modern kitchen with a shared refrigerator, and oven as well as a 4-burner stove and plenty of storage. The bathroom is similarly well-equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as well as a grocery store within a 10-minute walk. The large Appia Antica Regional Park is only a 15-minute walk away, and is a great place to explore as is the Baths of Caracalla which are also within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The University of Notre Dame Du Lac is only a half hour walk away.
- The apartment is stylishly decorated throughout with hardwood floors.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
- There is only one shared bathroom.
