This spacious 2-bedroom apartment offers rooms to rent and a bright shared space. The 96 m² space offers a fully-equipped kitchen complete, 1 bathroom and a shared balcony. The ample light let in by the windows and the built-in arches throughout the space ad charm to the apartment. The property is in a great location and has all the amenities for students living and studying in Rome.
Located in the Appio Latino neighbourhood, the apartment is close to restaurants, bars and shopping. Panzerotti & Friends is a great pizza place in the same building as the apartment, and there is an ice-cream shop across the street! Additionally, it is just a short 5-mintue walk to the large Caffarella Park, complete with hiking and biking paths.
