La zona è tranquilla, residenziale, immersa nel verde a circa 15-20 minuti a piedi dalle stazioni della metropolitana Laurentina (raggiungibile anche col bus che passa sotto casa) o Eur Fermi.

There are rooms for rent in this furnished 5-bedroom apartment on Via Giuseppe de Robertis in Laurentina. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with a dining table, while the living area has a TV, and access to the lovely balcony. There are 2 bathrooms available, so you will never have to wait too long for your flatmates to get off the shower.
This apartment is located to the south of Rome city center in a peaceful residential area close to many parks. There are buses close by to take you around the city, along with various restaurants to explore.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is large and fully equipped with many appliances covering all of your cooking needs.
- There is a washing machine available, along with the balcony for quick air-drying, making laundry a breeze.
- There are many bus stops close to the apartment.
- There is a supermarket within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no microwave or dishwasher in the kitchen.
- There is no AC in the apartment.
