There are rooms for rent in this spacious 4-bedroom apartment on Via Nomentana Nuova in Monte Sacro. The 90m² property offers a fully equipped kitchen which is very spacious and has a dining table. The bathroom is colourfully tiled and has a shower, washing machine and storage.
This property is located in a peaceful residential area to the north of Rome. The apartment is surrounded by lovely parks and greenery, and there are tons of restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a grocery store just steps away! You can easily make your way into the city as the area is well-connected.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a balcony with lovely panoramic views from the 8th floor.
- The kitchen comes with all you need to cook.
- There is central heating to keep you comfortable over winter.
- There is plenty of public transport nearby to help you get around Rome.
- There are nice tiled floors throughout.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven or microwave in the kitchen, but you will find a gas stovetop to cook your meals.
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will need to arrange this service yourself if required.
