Rooms are available for rent in a 3-bedroom shared apartment in Spinaceto, Rome. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, however all your day-to-day essentials are still within walking distance including a bank, pharmacy and shopping centre which are all only a stone's throw from the property. There are also great, direct public transport from the property that can take you straight into the centre in around 45 minutes. The property is also near a park, and there is plenty of greenery in the surrounding area, which is great for nature lovers.
The interior of the property is simple, classic and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need and comes complete and fully furnished with a table and a television which also makes this a great space to relax in. The apartment also has access to a lovely balcony area which will be perfect in the warm, summer months.
