Will I like it here?
Almost definitely. Because look at that location. Bang in the middle of Centro Storico, surrounded by history and heritage. And the apartment itself is pretty nice too: comfortable, spacious and bright. With a washing machine as well.

This is a spacious 1st-floor, 4-bedroom apartment on Via Modena in central Rome. It has a kitchen area and four double bedrooms as well as a balcony for you to enjoy in sunny weather.
This is the ideal home for a students or professionals hoping to meet other like-minded people or move in with friends, and to explore this ancient city.
What we liked the most
- Discovering how easy it is to be tidy - when you have lots of storage space.
- Pretending you live in Ancient Rome - time to dig out that toga.
- Popping onto the balcony for a cigarette - it just got a little bit harder to quit.
Things to keep in mind
- There's currently no TV in the property. But if you have a laptop, you may not miss it.

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
